By accessing or purchasing from gadecci.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.
PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information is accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you accordingly.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment provider and we do not store your card details.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order does not constitute a contract until we accept it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders where we suspect fraud or other irregularities. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
SHIPPING
We currently ship to United States addresses only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

HEALTH AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER
The Gadecci LED face mask is a consumer wellness device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results described on our website are based on published research on red light therapy generally and individual results may vary.
Do not use the device if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking photosensitizing medications, or have a diagnosed photosensitivity condition. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use if you have any concerns about your suitability for red light therapy.
