The 60-night trial
60 nights is not a standard return window. It is a promise.
Clinical studies show that red light therapy results take 6 to 8 weeks to appear with consistent daily use. We set the trial period at 60 nights precisely because that is how long the science says you need to give the device a fair test. If it has not worked for your skin by night 60, you should not pay for it.

Use the mask daily for 10 minutes. Your trial starts the day your mask is delivered.

Returns
Unused or unopened items
If you change your mind before using the device, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. The device should be in its original packaging.
Used items within the trial period
Used devices can be returned within 60 nights of delivery under the trial policy. The device does not need to be in original condition or packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Damaged or defective items
If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault, we will replace it or refund you immediately at no cost, regardless of how long you have had it. Email us with a photo of the issue.
After the trial period
Returns are not accepted after 60 nights except in cases of manufacturing defects. If your device develops a fault after the trial period, contact us and we will assess on a case by case basis.
